Teachers around Europe are getting the chance to participate in the training sessions that NANOYOU is organising in several European cities. On the 14th March 20 teachers participated in a training session that was organised by the Nanoscience Centre in Cambridge together with the Faculty of Education. On 12th February the training took place in Barcelona, where 40 teachers participated in the session organised by Barcelona Science Park.

During both sessions, teachers were given an introduction to nanosicence and nanotechnologies by experts, they got the opportunity to do some hands-on experiments and they engaged in discussions about the ethical, legal and social aspects (ELSA) that relate to nanotechnologies.
