Under this section of The Royal Society's website, you will find lots of information and news related to nanotechnologies, as well as a link to their specialised website on Nanoscience and nanotechnology.

Their report "Nanoscience and nanotechnologies: opportunities and uncertainties" is also available to download. It includes plenty of information on nanotechnologies, their applications, their possible adverse impacts, as well as associated social and ethical issues.
